Supporting family members

Do you worry about your loved ones when you are at work, on holiday or can't be around? We are here to help.

We have a wide range of solutions that can give you the peace of mind you need to know that your loved one can access help at the touch of a button, 24/7.

We have a range of devices that support people to continue to live safely and independently in their own home. These are used for those who are coming out of hospital, those with medical issues and those who just want a bit of extra reassurance. We even have solutions that enable you to check on the movement of your loved one and to know who has visited them during the day. Some of them can be placed by the fridge or kettle, so you can be reassured that your loved one if accessing regular food and drink. They can also tell you if a door has been opened or not. They come with visitor cards that can be given to a cleaner, carer, family member, neighbour or even social services, so that you know who has visited and when.

Our customers are all ages, including the very young, university students, middle aged people and older people. Our solutions allow people to get on with their everyday lives, knowing that we are with them if there's a problem. Our solutions have even enabled a university student who suffers with epilepsy to study away from home. This has given her and her parents the reassurance she needs - and when she experiences problems, we call someone immediately so that she gets the support she needs.

Our ground breaking solutions have saved many lives. This is especially the case for those customers who have dementia. Our GPS locating devices mean that you can keep your independence while being reassured that your family and our Chichester Careline service can locate you if you forget where you are. Family members can access a secure website where they can locate you or they can call our 24/7 centre for assistance. We also have a version with a button, which means that if you are feeling unwell you can press the button, which will allow you to talk directly to us. This is especially good for people with health conditions, who might want the peace of mind of knowing that we are always with them at the touch of a button.

We also offer a mobile warden service. Our 24 hour responders are always on call if you need them to come out and check on your loved one. All of our wardens are first aid trained and are highly specialised to deal with a crisis.
